Many concepts and applications clicked quickly and were delivered in a way to make them super easy to apply, especially for a non-athlete like myself just looking to improve my fitness and health span. Powerful and informative
It's obvious there was a lot of hard work and dedication that went into this book. I appreciated the amount of knowledge that was shared from various people in the industry that really made this book feel whole. I love that there are QR codes available to access the exercises discussed in the book. I've never seen that before!
