Great addition for the toddlers learning colors.
The icecream cones have been a great addition to help my granddaughters with their colors. Both are 2 years old and have been ‘making icecream’ in the sandbox all summer. Now as it’s getting colder and we are spending more time indoors I gave them the cones to use indoors. They are very durable and washable as they are way more animated with these indoor icecreams. I would agree with others they fall off the cones but my focus for them was helping learn their colors so we added some plastic dishes to ours. They are easy for them to stack and if it does fall of the cone they just pick it up and start stacking again. They ask to play with them frequently and they are getting better at recognizing the different colors.

Perfect for little hands
I got these for my 16 month old, and they are the perfect size for her. Though she can’t quite hold a stack on a cone perfectly, she does like to stack the ice cream scoops up. The quality of the scoops is much better than I thought they would be. They are thick, soft, and have a little give to them. They aren’t that cheap, thin plastic like the ice cream cone set in the Target dollar section. These are far better. I can see us playing with these for many years to come. My one issue is that I wish it came with more than two cones, as you can’t buy those separately.

Adorable and fun!
Came on time and as described in the photos and description. I gave this to my 3 year old g-daughter and it was a hit. She loved the colours and that it looked like ice cream. (She got a kayak for her Barbie, a Moana doll, and a giant bounce house swimming pool, so stiff competition, but yes, she did play with them eventually!) I purchased this set after looking at a different ice cream stacking toy. I liked this one because it had 2 cones, and I figure that has to be more fun than just taking turns... meaning you can play with it with a sibling (like Calvin Ball - rules made up as you go) or play the actual game. I also bought it (along with 2 other sets) because it looked like a "sweet" and she has a small kitchen where she and her siblings like to pretend they have a pizza and or donut shop, so donuts, ice cream (and also the 'popcycle' number game and 'cup cake' matching game). It's just darn cute. The little scoops of 'ice cream' stack easily and she just kept giggling, so I'm calling it a win! Bottom line: Adorable little game, easy stacking, 2 cones, multiple ways for a kid with magination to utilize during play. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with littles.

I like that it's made out of a soft
My toddler loves this set. She likes to stack her "ice creams" and carry them around the house, pretending to feed everyone in the family (even the dog). I like that it's made out of a soft, rubbery material rather than a hard plastic---no worries about it breaking when your kid drops it.The only downside is that it's hard to make the first scoop of ice cream stay on the cone. You either have to balance the ice cream precariously on top of the cone (only to have it fall off at the least little tilt) or really smash it on there. My daughter gets frustrated because she can't make the first scoop stay on, and I always have to help her smush the cone into it. Once I've done that, it's easy to stack the other scoops on top of the first one. Despite this drawback, it's a cute set and good for encouraging pretend play.

Colorful, stackable fun!
I love these colorful, stackable flavors of pretend play ice cream. I’ll say it again, I just think Learning Resources pretend food always looks so realistic. I love using this toy to review colors with my 3 year old son! I love how my son can use his imagination and make different flavors of ice cream cones!

Great product to use as a reward system when teaching
I teach English online to students in China through a one-on-one program. I purchased this ice cream set as a "reward" system for my students, and they love it! The younger ones like to pretend to lick the ice cream and it helps reinforce their numbers as we count how many scoops they have. When I do a unit on colors, the ice cream helps reinforce the colors as they learn them. Because it comes with two cones, I am able to use it to reinforce positive behavior. When a student does not follow instructions, they know I will take one ice cream from them to give to myself. They love watching me compare the two cones (mine is almost always empty), and they laugh when I "cry" and don't get any ice cream. It has been a life saver for some students and it really keeps them focused and engaged. The product is also sturdy. While the cones are a little on the smaller side and harder for adult hands to hold, it makes for comedy when the scoops fall off and scatter and I have to dive for them. I think this also builds rapport with my students. Well worth every penny spent.

I absolutely love Learning Resources!
I absolutely love Learning Resources! Their toys are exceptionally well-made with sturdy, durable materials. What sets them apart is how their realistic pieces feel - they're soft yet solid, maintaining their shape when squeezed unlike most other play toys that cave in. The quality is outstanding.

First rate and simple
My granddaughter loves these. She knows all her colours now and likes swapping the ice cream tops or piling them up on a cone. Such a simple toy but first-rate. I recommend it for kids 18 months and older.
