Alter Bridge: Fortress

A Fantastic package of Alter Bridge. I'm a big fan of their music and have all their albums to date. I have followed Mark Tremonti since he was in Creed . Also have their albums as well, and Mark's solo stuff. I would also like to take this opportunity that I purchased this Package through the seller WORDERY. Unfortunately I left a negative feedback to them at the time when I was asked to, as I had order it a little while ago and it had not arrived, so I left a negative feedback as I saw it. However after doing this my Alter Bridge order finally arrived in good order. It was very well packaged and I am very happy with my purchase from them. SO A BIG THUMBS UP FOR THEM ! and I would definitely order from them again, Excellent communication from WORDERY to help me. So I would like to change my feedback for them to a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

What can I say except these guys have worked overtime on this. Each guitar lick (for every song on the album) is taught in a way any fairly proficient guitarist can understand. The content of the DVD is excellent and it's backed up by a DVD sized songbook with tab and music notation. However, if you only own one guitar you may struggle with some of the tunings, specifically for the songs dropped half a step with the low E string tuned down to A#. Also the setup of some songs have Miles and Mark playing in different tunings on the same song. Over all this is a must-have for any AB fan who wants to play their best stuff yet on guitar...or at least try to!

I was a little surprised how small the tab book was but theres still loads in it due to size of print. Video is clear and great to see miles kennedy and mark tremonti giving their fans a chance to learn directly from them. Buy you won.t regret it. Awesome playing.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas as he's banged on about it for ages I know He's going to love it he's a massive alter bridge fan package came in excellent condition

Awesome dvd With the best lessons from the rock legends themselves.was disappointed that I only received the dvd .the tab book was not included .i would have given 5 stars if the book came to .i was excited to have the tabs in front of me while learning .

There is no better way of approaching alter bridge's music from a guitarists viewpoint than learning from the guitarists themselves.

The actual material on this DVD is first rate: Myles and Mark are great teachers and brilliant guitarists. However there are a couple of issues that I discovered: 1.) For some reason when I played the DVD in a DVD player there was no audio on the first track. When I play all on the DVD there is no audio. But if I go to the chapters and select any of the other song lessons there IS. The only way to get any audio on the first song lesson is to play the DVD on my PC. This is quite strange. 2.) The link for the tab PDF is now out of date. I was only able to download it by contacting Fret12's customer support service and they sent me a new link where I WAS able to download the PDF. Apart from these two technical problems the product itself is excellent. I haven't seen any other reviewer mention the audio problems but I encountered it on two different copies of the DVD in multiple DVD players.

I love alterbridge so this was a no brainer for me,such a quality band,and amazing musicians! ☺

Wenn man Fortress wirklich verstehen will , sind diese 2 DVDs (incl. Taschenbuch mit Noten und Tablatur) unverzichtbar ! Die ausgefeilte Produktion wird dargestellt , aber vor allem sind natürlich die Stunden an Privatunterricht durch die beiden unbezahlbar. Geduldig und aus bis zu drei Kameraperspektiven werden alle Songabschnitte abwechselnd von den beiden bis ins kleinste Detail vorgestellt. Die Gitarren sind tiefer gestimmt , aber nicht immer gleich bei beiden. Sowohl im Zusammenspiel , als auch in den Einzelparts , werden die Unterschiede der beiden offensichtlich .Selbst der Soundunterschied zwischen den beiden PRS und den Halfstacks der beiden (Tremonti: Mesa Boogie Rectifier , Kennedy: Diezel Herbert) ist hörbar. Aber gerade deswegen ergänzen sich die beiden so gut. Ich bin zwar Gitarrist , aber ich habe schon beim ersten Sichten u. Hören eine Menge gelernt. Absolut empfehlenswert !

If you want to know what's behind the fortress masterpiece and want to have a good idea of how to play their songs and the production process, this is the right material for you. Myles and Mark shine as usual, and you get to know specific tunes and techniques for songs like Cry of Achilles, which is my opinion one of the best rock songs ever. You can also find some raw live footage and interviews, therefore it's a gem for die-hard fans. If you have the chance just grab your copy before it's too late. A hardcore AB fan should have this piece, especially if you like to play guitar.

Tabulature pdf sbagliate e non lineari rispetto alle canzoni del cd... Cd non apribile con windows 10... Inadeguato al suo costo e utilizzo

Por si fuera poco el dvd, adjunta un libro con las tablaturas y partituras de TODAS las guitarras de TODAS las canciones del disco. Imprescindible para fans!
