I had a problem with my nidage scope and they sent me a new one right away. i would purchase from them again. The scope works great. My wife lost her ring and we think it fell off her finger and went under the deck thru the flooring and this scope found it after being gone about a year

The media could not be loaded. Borescopes such as this cost thousands of dollars only a couple of years ago. Now they are within the reach of average consumers.This is a high quality borescope that comes in a protective case. It is rechargeable via USB-C. It has a large, high-resolution color screen that makes for very easy viewing of images in realtime. It comes with a TF card for storing of photos and videos taken with the borescope.The business end of the borescope has a camera and a light, and by using a small wheel on the control end (usable with one hand), you can curve the end of the borescope around 180 degrees. This is extremely useful for examining valves inside a cylinder when the borescope is inserted into the spark plug hole.Unfortunately, this product has a problem with image quality. The image is extremely noisy. Low-level image quality is atrocious. Viewing something like the inside of an engine cylinder, there is so much camera image processing noise, that it is difficult to tell if there is a problem with the cylinder, or if it's just a camera noise artifact. Even in brightly-lit images, the noise is present. Low-light images are all but unusable.This borescope is simple to use, the battery lasts for a very long time, gives good views and access, and takes good pictures and video. Haven't had an opportunity to use this for anything useful yet, but did play around with it to see how it functions. The picture quality is quite good and the light on the camera is very helpful in darker spaces. I really like that it has a rechargeable battery eliminating the need to have to be married to an outlet to use. It also comes with a carry case to keep everything together. Great buy!

Even with full charge kicks off for no reason.
