I purchased this after using one in physical therapy. My current job requires a lot of computer work so my muscles get tight from sitting so much. This is a great device for stretching your quads and other muscles. Easy to use and plenty long for us tall people (I am 5'10" and still have plenty of length). This can be used while laying in your bed or on the floor on your yoga mat. It is well made and at a great price.

I had my knee replaced and I used this strap to help me to bend my knee. I’m sure there are many other ways to use this product. It is very sturdy and I love the color. I’m very tall for a women and the length was perfect for me. There are many loops on this product so it will work for just about any person. It is a light weight product so you can pack it and take it with you without adding a lot of weight to your luggage. It was a great value, too.

I purchased straps at the suggestion of my physical therapist for use at home. This product looked fit for purpose. The strap is as described in the product write up and appeared to be very well made. in fact, I took it to my PT appointment and my physical therapist remarked that, “this is very good”. I bought this after using it to stretch my hamstrings at physical therapy for SI joint issues. It is a quality item and does exactly as it says and also gives a pamphlet with some exercise suggestions.Note that I'm pretty flexible and their typical tools don't always give enough to actually stretch me. Oh my Lord! I love these straps and the instructional guides help a lot! In just one day I can feel my body move different in less pain as toxins & gases are being removed by stretching.
