The 'Strepsils Lozenges Extra Blackcurrant' is the only one which has anesthetic.
The 'Strepsils Lozenges Extra Blackcurrant' is the only one which has anesthetic. so works the best. They don't make Tyrosets anymore so apart from getting a spray these are the best lozenges to buy imo. I bought 10 x 24 as they were a good price. 5 stars. Thank you.
