These tabs work great, it has a higher dosage to previous at 1600mg but packed in a single easy to eat/swallow capsule.

I followed exactly what was recommended and I can honestly say there has been no difference or impact from taking these .

Lost 9lb in week one and stick to a diet or you will love on the loo. 2nd week no loss and struggled to go toilet however week 3 I lost 15lbs.

Easy to swallow although not lost much weight but only been taking them for a week

I cant really comment as ive only taken a few days I will review later when ive taken more so at moment I cant say if it works for me

Want more but worth money
