On 12 November, Amazon was advertising this, and other, books at VERY low prices, which DO NOT EXIST when you check the site. We expect better of Amazon than this shady practice.

The item came really fast, in perfect condition.Everything is as described.The story and art are perfect - from first page to the last one, 100% entertainment.I think the price is fair for hard-to-find title.

Red Sonja: She-Devil with a Sword Volume 2 Omnibus; collecting issues #19-34 and is a bloody good read and amazing value. Sonja is a fantastic and well written character. The support cast is great. The story is well told -- if the first few issues feel slightly jarring -- and the art is great and clean throughout. Great paper quality and nice bound for a paperback omnibus, If you have never read anything to do with Howard's Hyborian Age yet are craving a new comic series: you will love the fantasy Sword and Sorcery on display in Dynamite's Red Sonja and I highly recommend it to those wanting a great character and fantasy comic... However; with this collection's content there is one draw back. This is set in a pre-established world created by a great man 90 years ago,... this story and set up seems to forget that. Even being an original adaption respect must be honored to the world created by another. The previous 18 issues felt a touch off as well but close enough to Howard's world that it was not off putting, this collection dials it up to 11 and really does break my immersion as a long time Howard and Conan fanatic. So if you have no baggage as a Howard fan, you will LOVE this She-Devil with a Sword series by Dynamite, highly, highly recommend. If you are like me and are a long time lover of Howard's work then just be prepared that this may not feel akin to his work, or even Dark Horse's fantastic Conan run that was made parallel-- just not in connection --to this. In closing: even with the slightly jarring nature in connection to Howard's world this She-Devil with a Sword is a must for any comic book fan!!

The story of Red Sonja could have really gone anywhere, and these collected comics surely do take it somewhere. Volume 2 is much more fantasy based than the first, meaning there are more talking animals and interesting creatures. I would have to say, I did enjoy Sonja's adventures and am eager to read more and find out what happens next. For the art work, it has changed for the best. It really is eye catching and beautiful.
