Good product
Really impressed with this product. It works exactly as described and does a great job removing stains from natural stone without damaging the surface. This is actually my second time buying it, which says a lot about how effective it is. Definitely a reliable choice and I’d recommend it to anyone dealing with stubborn stains.

Great – it actually did work first time
I had some coffee/syrup stains from cups left on a mortex table, which is a modern type of fake stone/plaster which is meant to be stained resistant but obviously wasn’t. I had tried a few detergent and abrasives and while they had lightened the rings they were still very much there. I left this on for the prescribed 30 minutes and saw it disappeared over the next 10. Give it a wipe off at the end of the 30 minutes and the rings had well and truly gone. It smells like Dettol Mould and Mildew remover and I wouldn’t be surprised to find if they were the same underlying product, but I would stick with this to be safe.

Pink stain on travertine tiles
Desperate to remove a bright pink stain from my travertine floor tiles that I thought were doomed. Does actually work however be prepared to put in a bit of elbow grease. I have been continuously reapplying and scrubbing for the last 2 days and pleased with the result so far. Pink is not completely removed because travertine is such a porous stone but definitely a big improvement. Will continue until the bottle is empty. Very powerful smell, house smells like a swimming pool. Was a bit sceptical using it on travertine however, it was either this or get the tile replaced. Doesn’t seem to have done any damage to the tiles at the moment. Definitely worth a go on tough stains.

It's good to have something specialised for the marble as I ...
I purchased this hoping that it would help remove coal burn stains from a marble fireplace.Although this seemed to work on smaller marks and stains, there was only an improvement on the bigger burn marks. The bottle recommends an alternative product for more severe stains. I'm going to give that product a go. I'll keep this one to use for general cleaning of the fireplace. It's good to have something specialised for the marble as I had previously been using regular household Dettol.

Safe Patio stain Remover
It was a lot better than expected and cleaned up some residue of silicone sealant off my Indian Sandstone. Doesn't cause any damage to patio area which I was concerned about. It sprays a good area and feel it would get most every day stains off such as coffee , sun tan cream and bird dropping. Its probably best to rub any liquids off with washing up liquid first a few times then spray this item to finish off. It says it doesn't clean oil marks off but would be surprised it doesn't help at all. A great product and safe. I only did a small area and didn't notice the smell as some comments mentioned.

Didn’t work
Arrived promptly, but in my the case the product didn’t work. Had two coffee stains on my Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone patio. Quick google search suggested this product would shift them. It didn’t. I usually rinse spilt coffee off immediately, but I think a workman we had round must have spilt his drink and left it to soak in. It’s a 2 week old stain. Used as instructed. Nothing happened. Said reapply for stubborn stains, again nothing. The product is essentially bleach, if I’d known that I wouldn’t have ordered it as I’d already used industrial strength Sodium Hypochlorite, which again didn’t work either and it doesn’t get much stronger than that stuff. Guess I’ll have to live with the stain.

Takes a few goes but it works
Thanks to my neighbours’ solar panels and the lack of netting we’ve pretty much got a pigeon farm living next door, unfortunately that means a load of poo on our lovely patio and this year the theme seems to be fruity poo as its staining the slabs, we’ve tried all sorts of stuff including Fairy, bleach and patio magic but nothing shifts it, this stuff however seems to be the only solution that actually does anything - it can take a couple / few goes but it works well, simply spray the stain a couple of times and leave it for 30 mins, then rinse and scrub and rinse again. Pic is before and after of our Indian Sandstone slabs, not perfect just yet but a huge improvement!

Absolutely superb results
I have a 'mock' stone and marble fireplace around a gas fire and it had dirty marks on it and a few brown 'blotches' (small finger nail size). It's 25 years old and I've never been able to clean it properly, so I wasn't confident, but it cleaned it up superbly, very impressed. The instructions say spray then leave for 30 minutes then wash off and may need to do again. I did in 2 attempts, which I think is fair as if the product was more corrosive it'd likely cause damage and housework isn't magic :) The stone parts are quite rough and textured, so, in the past I've struggled using a cloth as bits of cloth get stuck in the texture, but, this was better as you spray and I gently washed away with a sponge, then applied again and washed away again.Just in case I wore some protective gloves and some protective eye goggles and ventilated the room, but, the results are amazing. I did also do a 'test' patch on the stone and marble (in non visible areas), just in case and recommend doing that.

Works great
Works great for us. Previously we were using FILA SR95, but its so small and its not spray. This works exactly like FILA, but its bigger and spray, so it will last longer.
