Very nice and easy to clean

Bought specifically for holiday roasting of Beef Bourguignon for company meal. Sent through it's paces by frying up lardons of bacon, then browning the chunks of roast to set aside, and fry up onions, carrots with last seconds of garlic before adding to.ato paste to fry, then bottle of wine to reduce down, plus beef broth, bouquet garni of Thyme, bay leaves, etc. while de-glazing pot with metal spoon. Then beef back in to roast in oven almost 3 hours. Yummy slow cooked wonders from this pot! It was an easy to clean with soap, water, scrubbing sponge. Key is to dry these pots very well, then Air Dry and layer store away w/paper towel inside for any dampness collection. Nice tight-fitting lid, not warped, coating was even and uncracked by all it's tough first bout of use! 7 quarts is good crowd of eaters size! Less expensive than my other two red enameled cast iron dutch ovens by 7.3 quart by Lodge and 5 quart by Amazon Basics. These are heavy but produce Excellent results for stovetop or oven lip-smacking slow cook or searing meals. Happy Cooking!

I love cast iron enamel to cook in. But, I got this for a dog bowl. Our outside GSP kept flipping his regular dog water bowl and he would go the day, or until we got home, with no water. He is still less than a year old, so he was just playing with it. But the weather was warming up and I hated him to not have water! So far, so good! He has tried, but hasn’t flipped it or carried it around in his mouth, and we’ve been using it for a few months for this purpose. I do make sure it’s in the shade because like any water bowl it would get hot in the sun. I know there are weighted dog water bowls, but this was more reasonable in price and not so bulky.

Does a great job baking overnight bread. Sturdy pot. Looks nice. I’ve used just a few times & it already has a couple of tiny chips but not a big deal to me. Price was great compared to the expensive ones!

I I love this thing! I use it all the time, it's perfect for making a nice meal just for myself with a little bit of leftovers.

I love this thing. It’s great for long pasta. You just lay it down. You don’t have to set it up to the side and push it down once it softens up. This is a really nice item.

Good quality. Cleans very well. Great for stove cooking and then finishing the dish off in the oven.

I love my oval Dutch oven. It’s a great size for casseroles, bread, soups etc. Easy to clean.
