Great book! Best I've slept in months!
Well written and very well researched. I love how the writing style is accessible to anyone, particularly a slow reader such as myself!It took a few go's but I managed to make it to the 4th week and I've not slept this well in a long time! This has been particularly helpful for my partner - they no longer have to deal with my grumbling in the morning.The recipes are also tasty and easy to make. Dr Tim's salad was a personal favourite. I'm with you there Dr. Tim - I too am a lazy cook!

This book is really good , as I don’t sleep to well , gave useful advice , also near the back as good recipes , deff worth buying

Game Changer - Highly Recommend
This book has dramatically improved both my outlook on sleep and my ability to sleep!It’s been a game changer in our household and am so grateful to have found this plan! Ideal book to beat sleep issues.
Best book in the market to correct sleep related problems and overcome it. But remember only reading is not enough you have to follow the steps to get results. Highly recommended for the people dealing with insomnia or sleep misconceptions, etc.
