can anyone give a package date in refference to how old these batteries are? and what the shelf life is?

I purchased 50 of these batteries in September of 2016, and just finished the last one about a month ago in my Apple TV remote. I have used them in the last 6 months in items like small votives (that burn for 6 hrs then turn off), they don’t seem to last very long in this item; maybe 3 weeks. However it’s been about a year since I put one in my RemoteLink for my new 2018 Equinox and it is still working perfectly.

What is the average number of hours that the battery will last during continued use?

Hi.it mostly depends the current in your device, If the working current is mA,and the working hours is mAh /mA =h (hour).For CR2032 the Max capacity is less than 230mAh,if working current is 1 mA, it can last less than 230 hours .By the way the working environment and temperature and humidity will also affect the use of time, and equipment wire resistance also affect that.So mAh/mA is also not very accurate .Hope this could help you.
