Most muzzles are bulky and heavy with many straps, which seems to stress my dogs out. This is a great pick if your dog is resistant to muzzle training.HOW TO MUZZLE-TRAIN YOUR PUP:When you are trying to put it on the dog, it really helps to first hold a training treat through the mouth opening so that they have to stick their face in the muzzle to get the treat. I did this multiple times before actually attempting to secure the muzzle. With treat association, after only a couple of minutes they let me secure the muzzle strap and actually wore it for about five minutes without attempting to rip it off. Huge progress for them and first time they let me muzzle them.SIZE AND MEASUREMENTS:Be careful with the sizing chart, I took their measurements before buying. I purchased size “extra large” based upon my measurements and also according to the chart. They were about one size too big for my German Shepherds, but my German Shepherds are both on the smaller side - they weigh about 60 pounds each.EASY RETURN/REFUND IF IT DOESN’T FIT:However, because I was quite satisfied with the product, I re-ordered them in a size large. I was able to return the extra-large muzzles and get a full refund, with no hassles.IF YOU’RE USING IT FOR SAFETY:If you have a very aggressive dog that you are trying to muzzle for safety purposes, this might not be strong enough. I bought this muzzle to have on hand for emergency vet visits as my dog is fearful of the vet. I needed it yesterday and opened the packaging to discover what is obviously a used/destroyed muzzle. It has two holes in it, has obvious fading and wear and tear around edges, is discolored, and smells terrible. I’m outside of the return period so I can’t return it, but wanted to warn others. I totally got scammed here.

I have a female rescue GSD that, at certain times, needs to be muzzled. Better safe than sorry, but I hated putting the giant basket muzzles on her. This is a great alternative because it seems more comfortable and less restricting, but I don't have to worry. The orange one seems true to size (she is ~70lbs. and wears a large), but the gray is hit or miss for some reason. I purchased an XL in gray and a large in orange simultaneously, as I was not sure what size she would wear. The XL in gray was too big, so I purchased a large in gray which is slightly smaller on her than the large in orange. The large in gray fits *well enough* that I keep it as a backup (if the other is in the wash, etc.), but the fit is not ideal. I'm not sure why the discrepancy in size, which is why I gave this four stars instead of five. The durability is TBD, but so far so good as I've had no issues washing and drying this.

this little XXS muzzle for my 6 pound dear-head Chihuahua *Tika* is PERFECT!I scrolled for a long time to find one that looks like good quality, yet not a contraption from hell...this truly well made SOFT FIT muzzle is exactly what I had in mind!it fastens easily behind the neck/ears and can be tightened in place without having to take it off again.works perfect for my little drama queen’s nail trims.I highly recommend it!!!

I support Amazon’s workers.I bought it for an international trip because the airline requires that all dogs have a muzzle (not on, but available). I didn't have to use it. However, I must say that the quality is very good and it is nicely sewn.

I really love how light this muzzle is. Easy to put on and take off and best of all I can keep one in my car and its small enough to place in my purse when needed. My dog also prefers this one to a hard plastic and leather type. It's more comfortable on him and this makes the adjustment easier for him to accept. We love this one so much we have one in every car for the dog park visits.

These run REALLY big and are not true to measurement. I measured my basset hound and the fitting chart said he should be an XL, but that was far too big, covering his eyes and not keeping his muzzle closed at all. So I got a Large, but even that goes up to just below his eyes and allows him to open is mouth a little more than I'd like for his nail trims, etc. He probably needs a Medium, but the Large works well enough for quick procedures.

I bought the smallest one for my chihuahua and it's a little too big for him. He can get it off his face.

I bought two of these. Two different sizes. One for a Miniature Pinscher ( 1 year old ) and one for a chihuahua. My Chihuahua ( 5 yrs old ) doesn’t like his eye doctor during exams as everything going on scares him so he gets moody. But since this pandemic, I haven’t been able to use this at the vet yet, but it’s a great fit and stays put and he doesn’t seem too bothered by it like the ones at the vet. I haven’t used the other one yet as my Min Pin is very very gentle, but since I loved how it fit my other dog and the comfort level seemed to be better than most, I bought a larger one just in case we need it later on in her life. I’m so happy I purchased this.

Deberían especificar que son para perros con hocico delgado

This muzzle is made so well! Really high quality, so that was a pleasant surprise! It's a little padded and the mesh is soft so it's comfortable for my dog. Worked really well! Would definitely buy again. When measuring the circumference of the nose, make sure you go around the nose - I made the mistake of just measuring from top to bottom. Haha.

My dog hates wearing any muzzle so he tries everything to remove this and it shows the mesh does not handle the abuse that my dog gives it. once the mesh is torn enough my dog can remove the muzzle, this is the most comfortable muzzle though and I feel better him wearing this rather then a cage one.

Fits my 4 lbs tiny Yorkie/Chihuahua girl perfect.She has a short snout and the cut out at the top of muzzle clears her eyes just right.Best one so far and great price!(ONLY USED FOR SHORT PERIODS OF NAIL AND FUR TRIMMING)
