I love this freeze dried candy corn, but it is very addicting and just a little too expensive to order as often as I’d like. Every shipment has always arrived on time and it’s very fresh, which is important for freeze dried candy.

I’m a newer fan to the freeze dried candy phenomenon with my favorite still the honey pumpkins but was hoping to find a more affordable option settling on arctic as a larger bulk option with good reviews and their freeze dried candy corn sounded perfect. First off the odor of floral residue I’ve never experienced in any store bought candy and I’m wondering if isnt some soap used prior to freeze drying placement in the dehydrator? I’m very sensitive to chemicals triggering health issues and every piece seemed off especially at the smaller white ends. My husband hates candy corn but to verify I broke off that part and he too said it was floral almost perfume like very noticeable unpleasant. Secondly, the texture is still not quite right where the larger yellow piece is airy Cheeto like as expected and most enjoyable the middle loses that crunch until the white tip is hard nut like texture tasting of that odd floral residue. It’s so disappointing I love these as a more satisfying less calorie dependent option where serving size is 4 times less than scarfing down the original candy corns in general because they are bigger they can be nibbled longer feeling more filling with less but not at the expense of contamination tainting the whole batch after all this leaves little doubt. The only positive I can give is they did double box and bag the freeze dried goodies enough none arrived powdered and if they figure out what went so terribly wrong using that attention to detail they did in packaging and processing these freeze dried treasures could be so much more amazing as others like sugr rushh (that’s really how they spell it I know lol) but even with all the zillion other options for this brand that can’t be refunded or returned even with such a huge failure I couldn’t have avoided only by not buying in the first place my only option is to never do that again and not leave anyone else with their own expensive bad taste in their mouth.

These were really tasty, and the texture was fantastic, however really hard to get past how little you actually get for the price :-\ It's one thing to know it's not a huge bag, 2.5 oz, but actually seeing it once you finally get it, it does feel very small for the price.
