The clamps are good quality and hold well.

The clips are better than I had expected and don't come off until you take them off. I have 3 vehicles covered and used these straps, holds cover down great even in wind and rain (don't leave your car covered if wind gets way up under the cover or dirt will scratch the paint).

Is the bungee cords UV-resistant?

Yes, you can use it to secure your car covers or tarps. Even in direct sunlight, it's still as powerful as ever.

How many bunge cords does it needs for the front and rear of the vehicle?

At least two bungee cords are required to fix the car cover near the front and rear wheels. We have three bungee cords. If you worry, you can use them all.

These work really well on my full car cover. It came with just two straps which were not enough to keep it on the car in very high winds. These solved that problem with ease.
