Ive been taking this for about 2 months now and I can feel and see a difference. Its reduced bloating greatly, I've been steadily losing weight, not dramatically, but enough to notice. I havent added in an additional exercise or change my lifestyle at all. The pill is a bit large so if you struggle with that it might not be for you. I havent noticed any side effects, nor do I feel like it's really effected my sleep. The ingredients seem to pair well and be effective. Little pricey but overall worth it.

I have been taking the Berberine Phytosome for about 5 months now and I love it. I think it has helped with my blood sugar, I don't get super crazy hungry anymore. The taste is not great, but worth it for the end result.

Does NOT upset my stomach.
I have been taking berberine for several months now mainly because it claims to be very good for some of the ailments I suffer from. Initially I was unaware of how much it can upset your stomach if you are sensitive or the manufacturer doesn't take steps to make it more easily digestable. So the first bottle I purchased is still sitting on a shelf. But the second one was great and I had no problems with it, until I ran out and could not find the same brand again. So then I found Solaray. After reading that it is supposed to be easy to digest I decided to try it and I can honestly say that wether I take it on an empty stomach ora full one makes no difference, it has never upset my stomach. If I decide to continue ordering Berberine I will always order this brand and this specific formulation. I like knowing that my body is able to utilize all that is good from this berberine due to its absorption and standardization.

Not sure what I think of these? I do know you need to be off because you’ll be running to the restroom all day. They make you poop. Not sure if that’s the point. I haven’t done labs yet.

I use this brand and have for quite awhile. I haven’t had any side effects and it does help with weight loss along with diet and exercise.
