Glennie Kindred does it again! This book is a short, but practical read. She gives the reader beginner-friendly medicinal and spiritual uses for the various wild plants included. I have all of her books and really appreciate her wisdom.

Good book, very easy to follow. The instructions about collecting and drying the herbs and making the remedies are at the beginning of the book. The rest of the book contains detailed information about each of the plants, including what they are good for. It's very easy to follow, and once you know the basics (dosing, preparation, etc)you can just dip into the book as necessary.

This book is so awesome! Goes over herbs, what their aliases are, when to harvest them, what they are good for physically and spiritually. I read the whole book on my bus rides to and from work. I love it, and have gone on to put some herbs in my shopping cart after the knowledge that has been imparted on me! This book is worth it's weight, especially for women, creatives and depressed people!

was smaller then I thought but in new condition no complains

This pocket sized book about herbal healing was a great read! I just wish there was more in depth information overall.

I loved the art its whimsical rather than documentary but otherwise I really do like it
