These are my most comfortable heels which I absolutely loved! However I could no longer stand the loud tapping sound they made because of the worn heel. I happened upon this heel repair kit on Amazon, and I am walking tall again!! It’s as easy as pulling one heel!nail out and “gently tapping” another one in with a hammer. I used grip pliers to remove the old nail. Then, holding your shoe by the heel, “gently tap” the replacement heel cap in with the hammer. PLEASE, do not slam your shoe on the floor, as you will most likely break the whole heel off! I’m thinking the price difference is due to some companies including the pliers but my grip pliers worked just fine. I also used E6000 glue to repair the damaged leather.

the description/title of the product is misleading. these aren’t for the average heel wearer and should only be bought by a cobbler. the nail of the original tip will still be embedded in your heel and is impossible to remove without a specialized tool and training.

Good quality and variety. I did not know exactly what size heel tips were needed for my wife’s pair of shoes so I got this multi pack. It was pretty easy to pull off the broken tips from the shoe and replace it with one of these new ones. The multi pack prices get a little bit more than if I got a pack of two or four tips, so it was a good choice to get the bigger pack and now I have some for future repairs.
