SuperLED SLEDCREE-Mini 3 Watt LED Cree Mini Torch

This is a nice torch. Bought it for the car and seems like a good choice.* There's no large hanger to scratch anything it's placed on/in* It's bright. As in daylight (when focused and on full bright).* You can just pull or push the front side to make the beam wider/narrower (very convenient!)* There's an on/off switch at the back that does exactly that. However, if you tap it a bit it'll switch between three modes* It has three modes: Full bright, not-so-bright, flashing. Not sure about the flashing, but the not-so-bright setting is good for when dark.* It feels nice to the touch and it is sturdy* It says it is shock resistant, which was one of the plus when considering it as it is meant to be kept in the car.

@£5 this is a very good torch indeed (batteries included too).However, if I compare it to another I recently bought from amazonLighting EVER CREE LED Torches, Super Bright, Adjustable Focushttp://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005FEGYCO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1then as my wife said "it doesn't appear to be as bright as the other one".......the benefit it does have over the other is that this one has 3 modes, but somehow it doesn't feel as well built considering the RRP for the MINI3 is also £10.I've taken one star off because when you focus the light and gently try to return it, it flicks through the light modes......if this is a fault or build quality??? but for a fiver......I think its worth hanging on to.

Got this for my mother to have whilst out walking the dog in the Countryside (It gets very dark into the winters) - She reports that it performs very well - small, bright and light weight with a strap to keep it on the wrist whilst shuffling hands around between lead, treats or bags. Would recommend. As usual it has too many modes in my opinion (Full, Half power and flash) but it seems hard to find a torch thats just on/off these days.When you focus it to the tightest spot you get the shape of the LED emitter (Sort of like a square with a smaller rectangle on the top) rather than a blob.

Its got a spring in both ends to hold the batterypack (3xaaa) in place which works well; It doesn't loose signal if shaken violently. It flickers a little when zooming in or out but that is to be expected. It works well for the price but WHY does it have to cycle between HIGH LOW and PULSE like some bicycle light! It feels solid i'll grant them that.

I have an expensive CyberLite LED torch costing 5 times as much but this SuperLED is certainly on a par for build quality, light output and features. A high quality product at a very good price. I was so impressed that I have ordered two more!

This torch has not been very good value as it now only works on flash. We only use for a minute at night. Would not recommend.

Bit useless really . Sometimes it works ,sometimes it doesn'tIt flashes .it stops, it does everything except stay onIf you want a torch to see where your going don't buy thisI don't know how to give it zero stars

Been using it a few weeks now dog-walking. The 3 modes are ok as is the capability to have wide beam and concentrated beam. The first set of 3xAAA batteries didn't last forever but they are cheap in Poundland. I would buy again
