The ceiling light color seems to be very bright, how can I make it more of warm white?

Dear Steven, our ceiling light is equipped with 5 CCT function (2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K Adjustable), you could use the the internal switch to adjust your ideal lighting color.

Is this fixture permanently sealed or can you change the LED bulb if the one included happens to burn out?

The light has a couple of dozen LEDs in it that cannot be changed. It shouldn't need to be changed for decades and when it does you simply replace the light. Secondly, there is a slide switch on the inside that allows you to change the brightness and color of the light. I bought one pack of two and liked them so much I bought another two packs.
