However, the effort is rewarding because you discover a detailed and visual introduction to complex analysis. Needham draws on Isaac Newton’s development of a geometric calculus in Principia. The book also mentions some of the key figures in the development of the subject. A rewarding visual introduction to a fascinating subject of importance in many other fields of study, such as physics and engineering. Highly recommended for serious study.

I liked the fact that there are numerous figures, Amplitwist (antiderivative), Mobius transformation and non-euclidean geometry.
