Complete sound range very nice
Just got these the other day to replace an older different brand. I am very particular about my music and I definitely know what sounds good and what doesn't. So I was very skeptical on these as these didn't get high-end reviews as other brands do, but after looking at some of the reviews here and also on YouTube and the comparison between the T12 and the T12 pro I was kind of impressed and I thought well lets give them a try. What's the worst could happen I return them. I decide to go with the T12 as I'm not a big fan of noise reduction. I think it takes away from some of the music quality and ever since I switched over to the memory foam ear cups it's a real night and day difference between those cheap little silicone ones. when I put my earbuds in with those I don't hear anything outside. They feel so good on the ear that you don't need noise cancellation with these and if you look, they're becoming much more popular now, and they don't fall out. I think the pairing went OK as I'm not really familiar with this brand but once paired It's great you just open up the case automatically pairs by itself you don't have to actually take the earbuds out of the case for that to happen and the battery indicator is a really nice feature. I had already downloaded the app so I was ready to go. I was very impressed that this came with an equalizer, my headphones and earbuds. All have some kind of equalizer built into an app. It gives you a little bit more flexibility and control over your frequencies. The first thing I look for was volume , as I do like my music semi loud, I want to see how these would compare with another brand that I have and they do get quite loud depending on the music you're listening to. the one nice feature I like as you can customize the equalizer to your own liking instead of going with the presets And once you do that, you can save that and then in the future if you were happy with that setting, you don't have to open the app anymore earbuds remember your settings on the equalizer so you never have to go back to the app and reset everything every time you wanna listen to music earbuds just remember where you left off on the app. My equalizer is pretty much almost set all the way up on all the frequencies with a couple little dips here and there. I love my bass and I love my trebles but even being set like that, the sound is very good. The bass isn't overpowering, but it's definitely there and the trebles and the mid range very nice and crisp. The battery life is very good. I'm not the type of person that wears these every day but I do like to wear them when I do my yard work and to drown out the noise of the lawnmower, the backpack blower, etc. my old ones did that I have yet to try these as I don't have to mow the lawn yet, but I'm sure thanks to the memory foam cups. There won't be an issue with drowning out the external noise. I have another set of ear buds and they have the noise cancellation feature and I don't like them. The volume is maybe half of what you can get with T12 and it's all because of the noise cancellation feature it suppresses the volume. It might cut out every little sound from the outside, but it also decreases your volume. That's why I wasn't a big fan of getting the T12 Pro plus the fact I don't need a bigger battery like that , these are very compact and 50 hours charging with the case and 12 hours or so playtime more than enough for me. So to sum it up for the time that I have used them so far I do like them I think the quality of sound is superb and I don't want to spend $150 on earbuds as one YouTube reviewer said there's $150 earbuds and there's a $39 earbuds he would've chosen the $39 earbud over the $150 one because you're buying a name and he also mentioned that the T12 actually did sound better. The other thing I had noticed in the frequency, the T12 goes down to 16 Hz as the T12 pro goes down to 20 Hz I thought that was interesting considering the human ear cannot really hear below 20 Hz or above 20,000 Hz but maybe it adds a little bit more bass quality who knows it can't hurt. So if you're looking for a high-quality earbud, I would definitely give these a try. I'm glad I did as one thing I hate doing is trying to find a good pair of earbuds. Sometimes you have to buy five or six pairs in order to find one good one and then return the rest, this one I hit it nail right on the head. But definitely try out the memory foam cups. They are so much more comfortable and they block out so much external noise. between the pairing up of the earbuds and the foam cups yeah one nice set of earbuds. I'm very surprised at manufactures now don't start including the memory foam cups . But I guess it all boils down to the Almighty dollar. If they work good for me down the road I won't be updating this review if they don't work good for me and I'm not happy with them. I will be updating this review.. I was not paid or coerced in anyway or received a free product. This is my honest review as I really believe this is the only way you can get a good review.

The TOZO T12 Work Great!! And Are Affordable!!
If you are looking for a good quality set of earbuds that are also affordable, I highly recommend this set of TOZO T12 EarBuds. I should tell you that I am not someone who needs the best earbuds out there. I just want something that works well, has good sound and are dependable. These TOZO T12 Earbuds are just what I was looking for. They are easy to hook up to Bluetooth (I have an iPad that I use these with). I messed up the first time when joining the two earbuds together. However, the instructions for working through it were very, very easy to follow and it worked on the second try. They connected to my iPad with no problems. The sound is clear, raising the volume is easy (just tap the correct earbud). I like that these earbuds start recharging as soon as I place them back in the case. This is my second set of TOZO earbuds and I like this set’s features much more. I like that it is easier to take the earbuds out of the case and they slide back in really easily. I like that there is a lit up number that shows how charged the case is and there are bars that show if each of the earbuds are fully charged or charging. I like the shape of this case as it sits upright on my nightstand and I don’t have to hold it when opening the case. I also really like the price because I think it is a fair price for the quality of these earbuds and their ease of use. I ordered this new pair of TOZO earbuds because I misplaced one of the buds from my previous set. Since an updated version had come out, I decided to try them. I have since found the missing earbud, so now I have a back up pair. Also, this new pair fits a little more securely in my ears. This set comes with multiple pairs of soft fittings that go from small, to medium to large (like 6 different sizes to try). So if you are looking for earbuds that work well, are reliable, sound very clear and are affordable, I definitely recommend the TOZO T12.

Ok hear me out
Ok ok hear me out, this a long story. A few rules: My main earbuds are the Jabra Elite 7 Pro which I thought I had lost cause they had long stay in my washing machine. So I got this as replacements thinking mine were damaged. They were not, kudos to Jabra. So this review is somehow also a contrast between the Jabras and the Tozo Golden. Another rule: First pair came put damaged after a couple of weeks, right earbud sounded muffled and had lost volume as well as treble. Stuff happens. I got in touch with Tozo's customer service which was actually pretty good. The app has a chat and the answer time is short, they did try to give options to fix the earbuds but as they weren't working I was directed to a more technical customer service which after realizing the earbuds were defective decided to just sent another pair. Be aware that i live in Colombia which is sometimes an issue but not this time. Kudos to Tozo's Customer service. Now tother stuff. I've realized this earbuds are more of a home stay, high quality sounding compared to the Jabra's which feel more solid and safer when i use them outside. The Golden x1 earbuds don't fit my ears as good as the Jabra's so If I move a lot the sound quality will be affected. This is an additional issue as it would seem that for you to really get to enjoy the Golden X1 they have to actually fit pretty tight. And maybe this is the thing i don't like the most: you have to depend a lot on Eq's, fit. To really get that sweet sound there are too many variables. I guess that's a thing with high res earbuds. That being said one you get the hang of it it does sound great. While the Jabra's have a good sound they don't come anywhere near the Golden's which have more breathing space and a lot more detail, Jabra's have a more sculpted sound and that's not for everyone. Also you don't need as much volume as the Jabra's. Another pet peeve is the ANC. It does change the sound a lot. They called it "enhance" but its more like the put on a lot of bass to hide outside sound... so it kinda feels like cheating. Why would you need to put more bass if you have a decent ANC? Something else, Jabra's can sustain the connection farther than the Golden's but just as with the battery this is related to the hi-res audio specially when using android devices. Battery is too short period. I can get a whole five days with the Jabra's while these will not last more than 3 days. (average of 5 hours a day of use). So once again the Tozo Golden x1 are pretty good and they sound sweet. I won't use a lot the ANC, but they are my first choice to use while I'm working or at home. I'm gonna hope they don't fail me as the firs pair otherwise I'll let you know.

Excellent value, sound, and quality for the price!
I was a little leary of ordering these; although they had some really great reviews (a LOT of them), they also had a very small amount of bad reviews that really worried me. However, I'm very glad I took a chance, and ordered them. They arrived very quickly, about 85% charged, but I went ahead and charged them up to 100% before using them. I've been using them for almost 2 weeks now, and I am VERY impressed. I have owned Airpods, Beats, and other extremely expensive earbuds (as well as many very, very inexpensive earbuds), and these are quickly becoming my favorite. The sound is very good, the fit is great, the battery life has been fantastic, and the features have been convenient and have all worked well for me. The "touch" is not too sensitive, I have yet to accidentally trigger it when adjusting my earbuds (knock on wood), and I took a shower with them the other day and they worked great! I have no complaints, and would absolutely recommend them and/or buy them again (as a matter of fact, I just ordered a second pair to give to my daughter). I have absolutely nothing negative to say, and if I do experience anything negative, I will update this review. Bottom line, you can't beat these for the price, and I don't think you will regret trying them out. I had never heard of them before I happened to stumble across them recently, and I'm glad I did.***UPDATE*** The only reason I took off one star (5-star to 4-star) is because of feedback from my daughter. Caveat, she is extremely picky! However, she thought the sound was a little muted, and not loud/crystal clear enough; she stated the sound is still good, but not as good as some of the other earbuds she's owned (many, many earbuds! ranging from dirt cheap to very expensive). She also stated that with her long hair, and habit of brushing back her hair with her hands, she sometimes triggers the touch features; she also stated that when she took a shower with them, the touch features were falsely triggered a couple of times (she was not sure if it was her wet hair or the shower pressure). Overall though, she must like them because as I said she is very picky, and she did not ask me to return them. BTW, I have had them, and been using them for several months now, and I stand by my original review above.

Absolutely love it.
I just received these today and OMG, they are awesome. This is my third pair of Tozo earbuds. I finally found the ones I was looking for. The sound is fantastic, for me at least. The multi-point is fantastic as well. I can now connect these to my TV and to my Phone for music at the same time and don't have to unpair and repair constantly. I love the wireless charging. I love the way they fit in my ears. I will use them for awhile and see what happens but as of right now I have no complaints. Even the packaging was impressive. They came in a fancy black box with the gold Tozo brand on them. They are well made, so I'm sure they will last awhile. I am definitely a fan of Tozo at this point. These are great earbuds.

Great sound. Nice noise canceling, and will break or fail in a couple of months
Update 9/23/2023- I contacted TOZO support and they were very helpful. After trying a reset and re pairing, the right bud still wasn't working. They sent me a new pair to replace the defective bud. Got them paired up now and working. Hoping this time I'll get more than 2 months. Even after everything, they really are the best headphones sound quality I've ever had. I'll update this review if I have any future problems, but for now, TOZO has stood by their product. Update 8/4/2023 They sometimes disconnect from my devices and then reconnect in proximity to the source device. Started happening a couple of weeks ago. Then today, the right buds volume just completely cut out. I have tried it on other devices and while the left is still going strong, the right is dead. Looking around the reviews here and seeing how I'm not alone with this issue as it has happened to a couple of other users too. This is my first pair of wireless earbuds. I am very impressed with the noise canceling. Fans or other repetitive noises in the background disappear and all that's left is the rich sound of your playback. This is my goto for listening high quality. I will say even using the largest eartips among the batch that come with the unit, they will slip out of my ears from time to time. The ear tip bases are oval shaped making third party eartips a little tricky to fit. Otherwise, I really like them. They'll recharge in around an hour in the case and you can stagger them by switching them out. I like that you can get an idea of their status from the case. I have already dropped the right earbuds into water. (they pop out my ears when you least expect it) It got submerged. Pulled it out, and it kept working. Been a week and no signs of any issues. It seems well made.

Really Good
First of all ordered black color but got dark blue. Not a huge deal to return them as blue looks great too. Really dark and muted blue. As for build quality its good but not very premium. But design and comfort are great. Though not very small and not that lightweight. As for noise canceling its just good enough. But you buy this for sound quality. And its awesome. Out of the box its very balanced and great if you are an audiophile and you like neutral sound. For me the bass was very low. So when I turned on noise canceling bass became a little more powerful but still not powerful enough. Even bass+ eq was very gentle. After trying all eartips the result was the same. So I was a little disappointed. But then I remembered about manual eq in official tozo app. So you just put them on twist a little so you can get good seal. After that you turn on the noise canceling. And finally you use manual eq. That really really helped a lot. Bass got super powerful and sounded amazing. Powerful but clean and controlled. As for treble you can leave it alone as its clear but not sharp and not sibilant. So they sound amazing if you know what are you doing. But battery life takes a hit. Not a big deal for me. But know about that. Overall great for the price. You can go for it.

Don't buy; plenty of faults that aren't worth the money.
EDIT 04/02/2025: I can't earn people away from these enough. The dust/wax screen on one keeps falling off and now the rubber ring that keeps the 'fit' cone on just came detached and now I can even wear both earbuds. Horrible overpriced, unreliable, poor quality. Shop something cheaper and better quality. EDIT 08/04/2024: Continues to demonstrate that it's not a premium product. The earbuds (specifically the right one) won't reliably shut off and charge when I put it back in the case. I've cleaned everything, but there's no rhyme or reason to it and I get to find out hours after the fact when I'm wondering why my phone or tablet aren't playing through their speakers. Avoid these overpriced earbuds like the plague. EDIT 06/05/2023: connects well to phone and tablet, *horrible* at connecting to either Windows or Fedora Linux laptops; I have to delete the earbuds from the system settings and then reconnect them each time I fire up the laptop. Docking two stars as a result, because I've got other BT earbuds that connect much more reliably so it's not a Bluetooth issue with my laptop, it's these earbuds. I'd definitely recommend different earbuds if you're looking for an all-in-one solution, because these aren't it. I'd return them if they were within the return window, but sadly it's passed already. I've had these for a little less than a month, and I've used them for phone calls, video calls, at the gym listening to music and watching videos, and at home while mowing the lawn. They've been paired with my phone, tablet, and laptop, so I've been able to use them in a variety of settings and use cases. Likes: - I think the form factor is good. They're not too big and don't stick out as much as my Enacfire F1's that I've had for several years now. They look cool and modern yet discreet. - They deliver good sound quality with music and videos, a definite upgrade from my Enacfires. I haven't tested all the different codecs or EQ settings, but I've landed on the LDAC codec and "Original" EQ setting from the app. - The Tozo app is neat, and walks you through customizing the sound to your own personal taste and hearing. Creating a custom 'toneprint' with the app is quick and easy, as is updating firmware for the buds when a new version is available. - Similarly, customizing the earbud controls through the app is a good idea, although not all settings can be changed (i.e., single-tapping the left bud *always* controls ANC on/off, it can't be changed). - It pairs to at least two devices at once (I've ever only tested it with my phone and tablet at the same time), which is a convenient feature to have. - Phone calls are clear, although it doesn't quite seem to have HD-quality sound as if I was using the phone by itself. Dislikes: - Sometimes it seems that the stereo 'spread' is a little more balanced to the left bud when watching videos. It's not much, but just enough to notice sometimes. - I don't dig the squared-off ends of the earbuds that the silicone covers attach to. I think it makes for a slightly unnatural fit in the ear that the covers are supposed to correct for. I'm sure there's a reason that they're not plain circular like most, but I'm not certain it was necessary. - The app needs to clearly state that it works with the Golden X1s at this point, especially if these are supposed to be Tozo's top-of-the-line earbuds. It took me a few minutes to make sure I was downloading the right one, or find it to begin with. There should be a QR code somewhere in the manual that links directly to the app. - Speaking of QR codes, the one on the plastic wrapper around the case that's supposed to take you to product registration was too small for my camera to pick up. Emailing customer service did the trick, but it should've been a bigger code for ease of use. Similarly, there should be a PDF version of the manual available. - The biggest issue for me: the case feels cheap compared to the earbuds. The bottom of the case, that the buds magnetically fit into, feels fine but the top feels too thin and flimsy, like it'll snap off over time. It's a tiny case, too. - Minor annoyances: it's a bit hit-or-miss as to whether it pairs successfully with my Linux-based laptop (Fedora 38), but this is likely a Linux issue rather than laptop, as it works just fine with my Windows 11 build. Also, the notification that tells you it's paired successfully is just a beep/tone rather than a voice that says "connected/disconnected", which I'm used to with the Enacfires. I think a voice is a much more clear indicator than a tone is. I'm happy enough with them to keep them, but if I were to do it over again I'd probably get the Tozo T12's that i got for my wife for her personal use with her laptop and phone; she seems perfectly happy with them and with no complaints about sound quality, so I don't know that all the extra features on the Goldens are worth the cost. If you have to have the best and brightest of a company's offerings, then definitely get the Golden X1s.

Awesome earbuds but to bulky. Not for workouts or sprinting.
These earbuds are awesome when you compare with others price/value. However I wouldn't recommend them for workouts or any other activities, you might end up losing one or both earbuds. In a sense they're bulky and you can tell just by looking at the advertising pictures.(4 and 6) The sound and bass is really great and I had no issues hearing others or be heard whatsoever. Noise reduction was good too. If it weren't for them not fitting properly into my ears, though I've tested all different tips, I would of definitely kept them. I had to send them back and find something else. I still rate them high, since not all earbuds fit everyone.
