Q: I have a intertek bed model fd-400f with an orkin refined motor. will this work on my bed?

I do not know the answer to your question but when my remote stopped working I googled its name and model number and found an exact replacement. If I remember it cost around $60.

Q: What does the connections look like

The controller comes with a DIN connector attached to the end of the coil chord. There are two screws that must be loosened to release the original cable and the new cable must be placed in the grooves in the control mechanism housing and the connector plugged in. The two screws are then replaced and the exchange of the old and new controllers is complete. It took about ten minutes. The hardest part was working in a tight space under the bed.
