How do I prepare R1 Protein Whey Isolate?

Simply mix one scoop of R1 Protein Whey Isolate with 6-8 oz. of cold water, milk, or juice in a shaker cup or in a glass with a spoon. For added variety and nutrient boost, try blending R1 Protein with ice and fruit to create delicious smoothies.

Is R1 Protein Whey Isolate suitable for competitive athletes?

As an Informed Choice certified product, R1 Protein Whey Isolate is regularly tested for the presence of banned substances by world-class anti-doping laboratory, LGC.
