I had a little bit of trouble finding 1/4 inch thick piece of aluminum for my project. And this turned out to be just perfect for what I need and at a reasonable price too. I received it in great condition it was cut perfectly square and had protective film on both sides. If you need something like this I highly recommend this.

Good quality flat stock, cut to just over 3” x 12”. No edge was smooth or straight, but I expected that. Plastic adhesive film on one face.

This product was perfect, exactly what I was looking for... My project changed, and I didn't end up using it, but I'm going to keep it around. I'm sure I'll find a need for it at some point...

Description is not accurate. This is listed as "aluminum flat bar" but this is not flat bar. These are strips cut from sheet aluminum instead of actual flat bar. And the pieces I received are twisted due to the method used to cut these strips. Which also leaves them with very sharp edges. So if you need actual aluminum flat bar, this is not what you want.
