Like many who enjoy the hunt and destruction of buckthorn, autumn olive, and tree of heaven, I'm a believer in herbicide. NAISMA has their buckthorn blaster, which is a fantastic idea, and I get it for branding purposes, but its like $30. Not all of us have fancy grants paying our bills. So I bought a few of these, mixed some 50/50 triclopyr and glycophosate with a bit of landscape paint. And it does the job just as well. Best of all, these fit better in my field work bag.

I'm a glass artist and needed a dauber type bottle to dispense one of the liquids I use. I was concerned if the dauber part was going to allow the liquid through, and it did!! Just like I had hoped! I've shared my experience with these daubers with my "glass friends" so they'll know if they need them.

I didn't realize how little each bottle held. They are too small to be useful for the type of work that I need them from - applying herbicide to a large patch of cut stems. I had to pay shipping to return them, so I'm keeping them, and maybe I'll find something else to do with them.

Practical way to apply herbicides in a very controlled manner. No leaking. Dab it to apply, don’t wipe. I use it to stump treat cut vegetation. 👍🏻
