Fast, light weight, and powerful.
The media could not be loaded. I knew I needed a new laptop when I went to a friends house and saw how much faster his downloaded music or games than my old laptop. But I didn’t realize how huge of a difference a little more processing speed could make. I was hesitant to purchase this laptop since it isn’t a big brand name, but one of my old laptops was a dell and it broke after just a few months so I decided if I could get a cost savings it would be worth it to look to other brands, I’m extremely happy I made that decision since this computer has been such a huge change for me. It’s super fast, it has a ton of processing speed. I admittedly would prefer if it was at least a terabyte of memory but for the price I really couldn’t want more. The graphics are beautiful which is why I posted a quick video since you really don’t know what to expect until you’ve seen it in action. I think this computer will last me a few years without falling too far behind the newest brands so I’m very happy with this purchase.

Hard to establish your own apps
It keeps wanting you to purchase 360 instead of letting you work it like a dale my Chromebook is easier an as quick or it needs more tutorials how to get around the 360 so you can use it

Great laptop for home!
The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this laptop. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect. Upon opening everything was perfect! After set up/which wasn't hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the 15.6 inch HD screen quality, sound and performance. I did some speed test and opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This laptop is lightweight and slim. I like the keyboard and large/nice mouse pad. It comes with 3.4 GHz Intel CPU, 16GB DDR4, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro and Type-C which is good storage space, faster and high performance. If you are looking laptop for browsing, online/office work, school work, watching online movies, this is perfect!

Wouldn't charge 100%
The laptop kept asking me the same questions over and over part of the way through and wouldn't continue. Some of the apps wouldn't open when it asked if I wanted them to open. It was very frustrating and just not worth the hassle after 2 days of trying to work with it. I never got past the page of signing in. I returned the laptop but still haven't received a refund. It was received by them on 10/02/2023. Why is the refund taking so long?

Fast and powerful enough for Windows 11
so far a fast computer that can Handle Windows 11you need 16GB for Windows 11 to work fast and this unit is fast unlike my 8GB Lenovo.I am no gamer so i cannot speak to that.very pleased so farremember get a PC with 16GB or you will regret it!

Great product and customer service
The computer I ordered decided to no let me sign in. No problem lots of help online and from their service dept and everything is great. Love the flat screen. He really help the old eyes. Would purchase another anytime.
