Non Programmable Thermostat for Home - Single Stage 1H/1C, with Room Temperature & Humidity Display and Large Blue LCD

All battery operated thermostats should be designed like this one. The display is large and easy to read, the buttons are well designed and easy to use and the battery compartment design should be a requirement for all such thermostats. The batteries are located behind a little door on the front of the unit and do not require pulling the unit off the wall to replace, absolutely wonderful. Temperature control seems to be accurate and is easy to set. The unit looks great, is compatible with a range of furnace types and is a good value for the price.

I purchased this thermostat to resolve a heater continually running in the heat cycle, up to 10° past the set point. This thermostat didn't resolve the problem immediately, until a SWITCH on the inside of the thermostat was switched from a gas heat mode to an electric heat mode. I have hot water heat but the switch didn't have the hot water heat as an option, but I switched it from gas to electric anyway, and wala, that resolved the problem that has eaten my lunch for over 3 years. So if you buy this thermostat make sure the SWITCH mode you set applies to the type of heat you have. Set the switch to electric if you have electric or water heat, and set it to gas, only if you have a gas furnace. There are many other good things I could say about this thermostat that are vi displayed on the display window, but I leave it to you to discover all the good things about this thermostat. You will be happy you installed this thermostat. BTW, the instructions to install are great and easy to understand, better than any other thermostat I used before. I write the truth here, nothing but the truth, period.

Very happy. Easy to hook up. I can read display from across my living room. One problem, the humidity display is not accurate at all so I just turned it off.

72yo granny installed! As pictured, works well, good instructions for install, not difficult. Placing wire stickers is easiest with two people to make sure you get them on the right wires when removing old thermostat. Our a/c seemed to be cooler after this was installed- which doesn't make much sense to me, but yay! Ordered another for my sister. Update - Our a/c & heat systems really like this thermostat- turns only quickly, has improved function of both systems. It's old school, simple, heat/cool- up/down, no programming - lights up well, can read without glasses!!!!

I'm very proud to say I installed this myself because the programmable one a friend put it was awful. I watched him install first one, think it was too smart for my old furnace, so ordered this. Instructions very clear, easy to install and simple yet exactly what I needed to run furnace. Touch control raises, lowers temp. Large reading, and bright. No fussing around with complicated times, etc.

The thermostat was very easy to hook up and replace the old one. It was more simple to hook up the new one and put it together than it was to take the old one apart and take off the wall. Normally it would not be that way usually taking the old product off is the easy part and put the new one on would be the hard part but not in this case. I do like how it looks. Blue background light works wonderful the buttons function great and so far everything has worked phenomenal for the price I had received for this product. I am extremely pleased. Would write five stars to anyone and would recommend anyone get this if this is what they’re looking for.

Great purchase. I replaced an overly complicated high-end programmable thermostat, with this baby. And boy oh boy, what a difference. This has the standard basic features, but I don't want complicated not knowing what my temp is. Once this beauty is set, it STAYS at what you set. Easy to operate. Simple. So why get a science degree to run your other thermostat, instead of this straight forward easy to use champion?!
