Durable bands—no tears or fading. Slight stretch over time; lettering wears off fast.
Good quality bands. I’ve been using them for about half a year, and I added the black one a few months ago. They’ve held up really well—no tearing, and the color hasn’t changed. The printed lettering did rub off pretty quickly, though. After six months the bands have stretched a little, but not much, and it doesn’t affect performance or workouts at all. Overall, durable and reliable for assisted pull-ups, resistance, and stretching.

If your doing band workouts, Seeious steel is the best. Reliable and last.

A thick and sturdy band
Great bands. I decided to purchase one band from each of three different companies to compare them and I was totally satisfied with Serious Steel. I ended up getting their blue band, which is relatively thick. It's about as big as a belt. Not a weightlifting belt, but a dress belt. After months and months of use in my crazy and creative workouts, the band shows no wear or tear. It hasn't had a ton of use since it's in my bag, but it has been used nearly every day for that year. The band is well-made and balanced. It provides solid resistance. It hasn't warped at all. It does, however, still have a chemical feel and smell to it, which gets on your hands. Who cares? You're covered in chalk and sweat already. Great value, great band to have for assistance and resistance in workouts. FYI, I weigh about 205 lbs and it supports me well during assisted pull-ups.
