Excellent built quality, awesome service support, perfect performance
Excellent product, company instalation was quick. The fan preforming well as expected. Worth the price, speeds are perfect, air throw is very good, and the led lights add extra premium look with performance. I definitely recommend this fan.

Beauty with brain and muscle :)
Absolutely loved this fan. The performance is excellent with strong airflow even at lower speeds, and the best part is the almost silent operation, no humming or wobbling at all. The ivory white color looks extremely elegant and unique compared to regular shades, and it adds a premium touch to the room decor. Remote response is smooth and overall build quality feels very good. A perfect combination of aesthetics, performance, and energy efficiency. Highly recommended!

Poorly made. Blows out with a big spark. Customer service is just AI.
The fan worked fine for about 9-10 months then suddenly one day my house mains tripped. We couldn't figure out why so we turned everything off, and started a test. This fan came on, ran for a little while, then blew out with a spark and tripped the whole house. Thankful for our mains otherwise who knows what kind of fire would've started. Atomberg sent a technician, who just changed the motherboard and left. The fan did exactly the same thing again within an hour of his leaving. When we complained to Atomberg, they promised a callback/escalation, then cancelled my ticket, and never called back. Now when I try to complain, they insist I create a new ticket which cannot be escalated until 3 days have passed. There's no way to talk to a representative, there is no easily accessible escalation route. There's an AI agent that talks to you on the phone. Don't see myself buying anything Atomberg ever again.

Wobbles when using
It is very entry level cheap fan that works. It is very light weight. We purchased 2 fans, both of them wobble when we use them. Electrician suggested to go for crompton or other heavier bldc fans.

Quality is ok but I think it's used one
Product is good but little bit scratches on the fan also when I turn on the fan it's providing a little bit sound before turning round.
