Great for looking into ear.

I used the ear cleaning tool right after it arrived. Once I got my operator error out of the way I used it with my phone and tablet. I use the tool to see what my inner looks like before and after cleaning. It works great and will eliminate future ear infections!!!! It takes some getting use to moving the hands of the grabber to remove any inner wax.

So, since I was a kid I've always produced a lot of ear wax, which led to my hearing going away almost entirely quite a few times. Before, all I could do was go to the hospital so they could fix it up. With this though, I can easily take care of the issue now myself. I've cleaned out both my ears with this and it worked fantastically.The picture quality is really good for such a small camera. Easily can see my ear drum and all the wax surrounding it. It's great, but can be hard to get used to using. Up on the camera can mean right in reality.You HAVE to be careful. It is VERY easy to do real damage to your eardrum. Be careful.Anyways, it's a fantastic product! My only complaint is that I have to forget the wifi network and then connect to it in order for it to display the picture. One more thing is I can't seem to take pictures or videos. Any time I try to give it permissions it says that it's not possible for my phone.For the price it's amazing! Definitely happy I bought this.

This is beyond frustrating. I have had many be bird devices and finally built the bullet to get an expensive one. Very disheartening that over time the durability became non-existent. It was great for cleaning and struggled with removing wax because of the thick rubber over the metal. I found my cheaper devices did a better job. I wanted the tweezer aspect but not when using that would make it looser and looser. Really disappointed in this waste of money.

I love it. Just saved me a doctors visit. DO BE CAREFUL. YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT AND CAREFUL. The slightest of hand slip ups will cause damage to your eardrum. Wax is very slippery in there. Disinfect your instruments and ALWAYS make sure they are on tight. You don't want anything falling inside. Be gentle.
