quite good but not great
I like Japanese ginger dressing, and was glad to find this on the Amazon site. I enjoyed it on my salad, although I might have wished it was thicker and more gingery. Nonetheless, I would order it again.

I reviewd a Ginger vinigrette as well
Compared to the vinaigrette, which had no savor, this vinaigrette actually has its flavor, and not merely from the salt level which is a bit higher than I would ideally desire.

If you have a Wafu(Japanese sense of taste)??
If taste inspector accepted this product is "Wafu(和風)", it's something wrong with the sense of taste.Sorry.. for unable to return & I don't want to waste but I can't use....just dumped in the sinkIf this is your "Wafu taste", shame!

Bottle seal broken or this would be 4 stars.
I love this dressing, let me get that out of the way. It was delivered in time too.But..Bottle seal had broken, and was slimy with the dressing hardening on top of the seal around the pour spout. I’d just like another bottle.

Tasty, light and mild
This is a lovely light dressing that adds flavor and creaminess but doesn't overwhelm the natural fresh flavors in your salad. It makes a nice light dip for carrot sticks, etc. I've also used it as a light sauce for fish. Very delicious and versatile!

Mostly tastes of vinegar
I was really hoping to find an easy replacement to making ginger salad dressing from hand. This tastes a lot of vinegar. I shook it up very good hoping it had just separated but nope. The flavor isn’t BAD but I get very little if any sense of the ginger I’m looking for. More closer to a vinaigrette sauce. Won’t be buying again because it’s not what it advertises…

Light, delicious dressing
My favorite way to use this dressing is on a simple salad. I go to the salad bar and get whatever greens that I like, some red onions, and roasted sweet potatoes I get a roast chicken and cut it up and slice a crispy red apple. Top with this dressing and it is a crowd pleaser every time.
