Read the labels carefully. Daily dose is two pills same as many of the competitors.
Look carefully at the labeling on this product. Although they advertise a single daily dose, you actually have to take two pills to get their 'serving size'. They do correctly state that a daily dose is two pills not one. Personally, I've never seen a pill before where the ingredients don't describe what is in a single pill but rather what is in a daily dose or in this case two pills. The end result is that these pills are twice the cost you might expect if you only had to take one a day. You have to double Amazon's price per count that is listed in the description.

Just started to take these. They are gluten and soy free according to web site.

My optometrist suggested I use these for possible AMD I dont know if they are actually doing me any good. But eyes are important to say the least so I am using them. Im updating my findings on this product. I still don't know as of yet if these are helping me, BUT as a side benefit they seem have helped my dry skin condition. My skin looks moister and less cracks. If its doing my eyes and skin good than Hooray! PS I have been using this product for almost a year. I don't have any side effects from it as some reviewer have claimed. My fingernails have also gotten stronger, see photo and yes they are mine.
