Good tester for first build
I was a little hesitant to buy this as there is a note in the description that said the switches might be different due to what’s available at the time. That being said, I’m very happy with the switches that came!Something that should be noted is that a lot of the AKKO switches are now v3 versions and so they may seem a little different when they come on this sampler.I noticed some reviews said that there acrylic base came cracked but everything arrived in perfect condition and all the switches sat firmly in their slots. That being said, I loved being able to try all the Akko switches and even the gateron milky yellows which was an unexpected surprise! In the end, I went with the Akko creamy yellow pro v3 and I don’t regret it at all. I definitely think this is worth it for anyone wanting to experiment with switches!

Love it!!! Will buy again when they have new sets!
Awesome. I wish it came with labels or a leaflet or something that stated which switches I got. I got 15 Akko and 1 Monster Geek. Which I didn't mind coz all of the Akkos that I wanted to try came with this!! I'd say it is worth buying. The case is nice and thick. No cracks.I had to label them.. It was bothering me...I wish there was a way to figure out if I can get different sets...

Good variety of keys
Great for picking keys and as a fidget. I need to buy another one since both my kids want one.

Great for testing switches, BUT the switches aren't as shown
First, my tester came chipped (first picture). It's just the corner of the acrylic cover, so I couldn't care less, but it's worth pointing out that the packaging used isn't protective enough for cheap acrylic.Second, the switches that I received don't appear to be the same as the ones shown on the product page. I've already rearranged the order of the ones I received (because I tested them and moved them around before checking to see which switches they were) in the second picture, and I've attempted to label them in the third. The ones I'm not sure of and am guessing on are denoted with asterisks. The three switches I did NOT receive were: Akko CS Crystal Blue, TTC Silent Bluish White, and Cherry MX Red. I THINK that the "different" red switch I received is actually just the RGB version (translucent base instead of black base), so I really don't mind that. I don't think I would have liked the Crystal Blues (personal preference), but I would have loved to try the TTC Silents. I don't mind having the (maybe) Gat Yellow because it actually ended up being one of my favorite ones on the tester.Overall, I really liked the product and it was a great price, BUT they need to update which switches come with the tester.

Received switches don't match description
About 50% of the switches listed in the description are missing, so I have a bunch of switches I now have to search for based on color and shape etc. This is not great for a newcomer to the custom keyboard scene who wants to figure out what switches to buy.As far as quality goes, they're all work, no bent pins etc.I'd update my review to a higher rating if the information on this product page is updated to show the details on all the switches that actually ship in this set.

Good sampler. Akko makes great switches
Building my first mechanical and read Akko makes the best budget switches for the price. This kit is very good but not sure why the Creamy Yellow Magnetic is included. It's unusable. I found that I like Dracula and Rosewood the best. Still both too light for me so I went with the Dracula's (because they have the LED diffuser) and put 60g springs in them. Adding more lube also deepened the sound. Super happy. They also only come in sets of 45 for some reason so I put the remaining switches from this kit in my F keys. I actually used Fairy in my spacebar and Lavender Purple in my backspace key as well.

Extremely frustrating….
Bought this pack to build a keyboard and see which switches I really liked. However, upon falling in love with a switch we find out that not only did I get sent a pack with mostly outdated switches that are no longer made, but I literally cannot purchase the switches that I liked. Looking at another switch I liked in the pack, yet another one that isn’t made anymore. Waste of time compare this picture to the one of the listing (and the listed switches that would be in there) and most of them don’t match up. I didn’t get the fairy one, I didn’t get Dracula, I didn’t get the rosewood. Waste of money.
