Great product, Easy to install, perfect fit for our safe- replacing the old was so easy.

Died after 6 months
Worked OK for 6 months. Just beeps at me now. Key works so that is worth 1 star. Battery holder and location is terrible. Kept ejecting on the floor when I entered the combo. Time for a new safe.

Works as advertised.
Did most of the work myself. Had to drill through 3 layers of steel to widen opening to fit key size. Took block plate to a welding shop. Can't drill it. Had to torch. (You may already have a 3/4 inch opening where your existing lock is. Won't have the drill hassle if do.) Once all that was done, simple to replace. All provided screws fit perfectly. Be sure to get the correct swing. The quality of the parts is better than what I replaced. Chrome keypad is solid. My old one was plastic. It's nice to have a mechanical key backup, rather than a purely electronic lock.

They shipped a broken unit
The unit did not work when it arrived. Itโs the second one. I had to drill my safe becuase of the poor quality product. The keypad went into safe mode and the reset button was sent broken. Run!
