Thoroughly happy with the laptop
The laptop is exactly as advertised, 64g of ram, touchscreen, windows 11 pro etc. There is some confusion with the add because it is says something different in the about section of the add but the large headline up top is correct with the product details. The shipping was promt and i received the laptop early and it was in the original Dell packaging. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

Totally disappointed
Very slow, it isn't like to be a i7 core and 64 GB laptop. Have to restart several times until the screen goes on. My old HP with i7 g2 and 16GB ram is more powerful than this. Very disappointed ๐

Great computing power for the $
The fact it was a pro for business use and the system understood home computers canโt do business software and directed me to this model. This saved me from having to return it.

Wrong procesor speed
Be careful when selecting, ordering and reception, I have placed the order for a laptop 13th gen with 5GHz as the web page shows, but , after arrival I have found the processor was not so good, then, tried the regular speed test to check the real GHz , surprise, it shows 3.43 GHz, which is less than the published offer 5GHz. Probably was a packing mistake or information mistake. But this is an unfair transaction. The rest of the laptop is ok. We have received a free return tag from Amazon. At the end ; it is another extra trouble purchase , instead of one solving problems purchase
