Semplice economico e perfetto per quello che deve fare

Ideal für die Messung von Bierwürze und Apfelmost
wesentlich genauer ablesbar als die übliche 0-36% Brix Skalierung. Falls mal höhere Extraktgehalte als 18°Brix zu messen sind, einfach 1:1 mit vollentsalztem Wasser verdünnen.

Das Refraktometer war eine gute Anschaffung, es funktioniert auch nach einem Jahr noch zuverlässig, ist gut ablesbar dank des angepassten Wertebereiches (0-18°Brix). Also klare Kaufempfehlung als Ersatz für die Spindel.Zwei kleine Schönheitsmängel: Der Metallstab für das Klappenscharnier fängt an zu rosten und der Plastik-Verschluss der Aufbewahrungsbox taugt nicht. Wenn der Hersteller da nachbessert wären es klar 5 Sterne.

Adeguato per misurare il grado di zucchero nei kiwi, anche se ho notato che la lettura è più semplice con altri tipi di frutta, (ad esempio con l'uva) in quanto la differenza di colore che consente la lettura in questo caso è più marcata.
