I bought this for a gaming friend. Now I'm a earphones geek as I play musical instruments and like a fine tuned instrument, so I tested these out properly. These headphones ticked all the boxes. Sound like a headphone set three times the price. Build and comfort second to none. Real strong and smooth operation. Also the removable mic is a winner. Great product

This Headset is really good, especially if you're into fixing EQ's and stuff. only problem is the software is kinda buggy. Headset = 8/10 Comfortability = 6.5/10 (will take time to get used to, just don't wrap it around your neck as it feels like you're suffocating) Sound Quality = 8/10 (really good since you can play around with the EQ) Mic Quality = 7.5/10 (It isn't the best, but it'll get the Job done; You can mess around the EQ of the mic too!) as for durability, Can't say for sure, I have been using it everyday the moment it arrived at my doorstep. Overall I'd rate this an easy 8.5/10. Would recommend buying if you don't mind the buggy software and all.

AFTER 1 YEAR AND A HALF OF USE: First of all, the build, sound, and microphone quality are all decent, however the headset clamps way to hard on the ears making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear for more than 2 hours. Then the worst part - the headset suddenly stopped working while I was just sitting at my desk. The USB dongle stopped working and no longer connects to any device, and there is no fix for it. My product was under warranty, however Logitech conveniently does not accept to make returns to products not purchased from their websites, so now I'm dead in the water. AED600 lost in a second, without even touching them.

Build quality is excellent and I am really glad it doesn't look too gamery and gaudy. Very professional and classy looking while the retro cables are a nice touch. They provide both pleather and velour ear cups along with a carry case in the pouch which makes the slightly high price easily tolerable. Before I start on the sound quality, I have to speak about the mic. Clearly the magic is in the BlueVo!ce software so do keep this in mind if you plan to use this in console. Without it, it sounds like a regular cheap mic but with the software and the tweaks, you can make yourself sound like a commentator or an AM radio host. It picks up your voice nice though it lacks a bit of bass. The sound quality is pretty good and the surround sound might sound like a gimmick but it actually works in games like CS where you can hear opponents who are behind you. Almost feels like cheating.

The battery life is way better than i thought ( real 50 hours ), very good quality, great mic, great surround performance, zero delay. UPDATE... After 1 year of usage still works perfectly good, battery, pads, everything, recommended 100%

Pros: ->insanely comfortable ->extremely well built ->amazing mic ->they dont feel very heavy ->compact Cons: ->I did 4 hrs of trouble shooting because my mic wasn't working, and then realized it wasn't plugged in the headset properly, you should feel 2 clicks when you put the mic in the headset. ->cable is a bit thin but its nice quality braided one ->expensive (unless you find one for around 300AED)

Bought it from “Komal Shopping Center” on 13/May/2024 , the seals were already broken on the box, the outside box also seemed beaten up. The headset it self had apparent look of usage already, and the cotton earmuffs looked dirty, so I kept on the leather ones. I didn’t return it because I needed a headset at the time. I am posting this review at 29/Nov/2025, and so far I have not had issues with it. The only reason I gave this lower stars review is because the listing did not say “Renewed” or “Used-like new” or anything to indicate that it was a used product. Now, going into the technical side.. the sound is fine, I had to tinker a bit with the levels of the sounds in the Logitech hub software to tune it to my liking, but after some updates it removed the tuning that I did, but I got used to it and I think it sound fine now. In the beginning, when gaming sometimes the sounds that are in front would seem like they were from the back, it just needs some time to get used to, not a big issue though.

Sound quality is wonderful, very comfortable and plain awesome. Highly recommend.
