Where to start... i bought this thinking I was taking a punt but I wasn't it is brilliant and worth its money. Mine arrived early but the outer box was holed so some of the fitting kit was missing. I went into messaging which gets sent on to the seller which I got a reply the next morning (time diference). Cutting it short very helpfull. Polite and wanted a happy customer through great service they sent me a replacement fitting kit which was sent out that day. Easy to fit once you recieve it and see it is self explanatory to cut 1 hole and it all goes through that. You just align it fit the clamp plates to secure fit the grill and plug in the facia all that is needed is a power and a negative feed. ( This unit requires r134a gas 450ml ) Then you get it vacuumed and gassed, it's the same fittings and gas that allow a car aircon guy to do so you dont need an industrial specialist etc i paid 80 and he came to me.Overall pretty decent and unlike others at 1200 quid which are sealed units and cant be repaired when a pump fails this can for penny's decent design functions well and would buy again BUT from this seller 100% as aftersales was brilliant, only negative was the remote had Chinese and not English so I just bought another for pennies that was in english

Really good unit, can't fault the quality for £300 delivered. You need a vacuum pump, gauges and R134A if you want to add the refrigerant yourself. Only place I've found selling the genuine stuff is Halfords (£80) the r134a replacement stuff you find on Amazon does work fine but after research it isn't as effective. Plenty of videos on YouTube of similar models being installed for reference. Woulda been 5* if had instructions

Error B2 showing and won’t work for longer than 20 mins. Contacted customer services. Will revisit again to review once there is a positive result.

Good unit but make sure its got a flat surface or it will not seal as I found out

Very easy to install and comes with very long wires. If you have roof thicker than 9cm you will need longer studs, but very easy to source. It is very good quality, and instructions are easy to read. Vender is very quick to respond with any questions. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

I'm giving it three stars only because of the customer support one is they do not tell you how much R134A is required. the air conditioning system does not come with any gas in it okay but all the parts inside are very high quality I have been using mine for quite a long time fault-free and it calls very well however I do not know the exact amount of Freon gas required I am running at 350 grams but I'm not sure if this is the correct amount as the supplier does not tell you.

It's not bad, the air output is about 13c colder would be nicer, also there's no manual. So error codes are unable to be understood
