Q: I have a Prinsu rack that uses aluminum bars with channels and t bolts to attach items to it. Can this be modified to work on that type of set up?

You'll need some 1/8" angle aluminum for the bracket. And then some 1/4" X 1" carriage bolts to secure it, it's a good budget solution. Just be sure to get all stainless steel bolts, washers, and lock nuts.

Q: am i supposed to cut the bottom portion when fitting into a pioneer rack?

The pins are the length they are to cover a wide variety of racks and mounting situations. Some racks may require the bolt to be cut down to accommodate the pin.

Q: Will these fit on 2016 Tacoma bed rails?

These are just the pins you would need something to go into the bed rail itself so the pins could mount.

Q: Will these work on rhino rack sg59 vortex aero bars?

You would need to drill through the bars which could potentially compromise the structural integrity of the cross bars.
