Yes, there is an elastic band. The fit was perfect on my teenage daughter.

Will it fit if you wear gkasses

I feel like this mask would still fit if you wear glasses. However I would say that a problem could arise in what type of glasses they are and how thick the glass are. I'd hate if someone scratched there lenses.
