Great B12!
Good flavor and work really well. I do bloodwork and my results always show when Iโve been slacking off on taking them. Iโve been buying these for awhile and will continue to. No side effects and theyโre chewable.

Really Works for Me
Terrific! Energizing. Delicious. Bought it because it was more reasonably priced than other brands. Though I'm retired and normally v. slow to 'wake up' in the morning, I avoid coffee because of my heart. Green tea is good but doesn't provide any discernible 'lift'. I'm small, so I can feel the effects of a quarter of a tab of Amazon's B12. Half a tab literally turns me into a dynamo! I can tackle work I've procrastinated on (taxes) and work efficiently through the day with a real sense of achievement. No crash! I love it and treat it with respect.

Beneficial but... Doesn't easily dissolve ๐ซ
Yes it does assist in energy and all aspects of the supplement. It doesn't dissolve easily. So if the patient has a swallowing problem please either place in warm water to breakdown or cut in 4 pieces. Otherwise it's super!
