If you are comparing it to those expensive high performance pillow, you will be disappointed. Otherwise, it does its job. It is not the best but it does improve sleeping quality

I love the firmness of the pillow but it’s way too fall for me to sleep on.

The pillow is comfortable to a certain extent. I ordered firm support, and checked packaging. Packaging said firm support. But it feels so soft it's like a marshmallow and doesn't feel like there's much support to it. Don't really feel like it's value for money as it doesn't feel like it's doing what I bought it for. Wake up with slightly less pain than normal but not enough relief to warrant the coat.

It's the first time that I've tried this type of pillow. Seems ok. Comfortable, firm, but not hard. Holds shape well.I haven't found much difference in my quality of sleep, and I still get a stiff neck from sleeping sometimes, so not magical in any way!

I bought this pillow on the basis of the reviews, but was so disappointed to find that it is less firm and less suppprtive than the pillow I was seeking to replace (which is now several years old).
