I ordered this custom backpack with a photo/name and it came out really nice. The printing was clear and looked just like the preview. The material feels durable and the zippers work smoothly. It has plenty of space for a laptop and everyday items, and the straps are comfortable to wear. It also made a great personalized gift. Very happy with this purchase and would order again.

The picture is super clear and true to what we sent in. It really is a quality laptop bag for all of our adventures and shenanigans! It has 2 water bottle pockets, 1 for people and 1 for pups. It's got a good amount of pockets and padding and was just what we were needing. IF, we were going to critique...the zippers on the 2 main pockets are a bit of a concern. They are a little light. So far, they've held up, but we've been very gentle. The light zipper is perfect for the front pocket to remain subtle across the picture but they could be heavier duty on the main pockets. But, we can't really fault what hasn't failed yet. We get complements all the time and would definitely reorder.

Very durable and looks great

Had an issue with broken zippers and broken handle. Seller sent a replacement and this one is good. Great quality and fast shipping!

My daughter was really set on having certain obscure character scenes on her backpack this year. Of course we couldn’t seem to locate any backpacks that matched what she was looking for. Then I saw this backpack. I whimsically mentioned that she could add her own pics, not really thinking she’d be interested, but I was wrong. I actually spent several minutes trying to talk her out of it because I was concerned about the shipping cost if the quality of the backpack or printing was poor. She won. Today, as we opened the package, I braced myself, but unnecessarily so. The backpack is thick with padding and padded straps. It has a lot of compartments. Most surprisingly, the printing of the custom art was deeply embedded into the fabric and does not seem like it would instantly wash away. The back pack even has a luggage strip. As long as the stitching holds up, which I hope it will, we’ll probably purchase another one.

Excellent bag great size detail was very sharp and stands out I absolutely love this book bag!!!!
