Do Your Best Coaching: The Workbook

Have you ever thought of the various pieces included in the arc of the coaching process as separate phases? I hadn't considered it this way at all. I first bough Laura and Julie's text and then saw there was a workbook, which was a total support in getting through each of the four phases of the coaching arc. From "building the container" to "ending with meaning," every piece of this journey chartered with depth and clarity. If the book is a great and necessary tool, the workbook brings it to life and carries the art of our work home. I am so grateful to both of these coaches for the extensive thought and work they have put into this gift.

I learned this in my coaching training school. I thought the information would be more useful but it’s not. I’m returning because I already have this information and I’m not paying for something I already have.

What I appreciate most is that this book has real world examples and tips to handle situations a variety of ways. They leave it to reader to decide what is most authentic to them. I have highlighted many sections that are insightful and will help me be a better coach. If you are a coach, you must get this book!
