Epson- terrible customer service!
This is the second Epson Printer XP-7100 I have bought. Both printers failed to print when I replaced the black ink cartridge. The first printer was out of warrantee when the problem occurred. I worked with Epson Tech support directly on the second printer to troubleshoot this problem and get a new printer (no refunds). I sent them pictures of the printer with the ink in place and the serial number at their request , then they asked me to send them a receipt of purchase, after that they wanted receipt of purchase of Epson ink. Finally, today I was told since it was a third party purchase that I needed to contact the seller. Why didn't they tell me in the first place? I am fed up and will never buy anything from Epson again!

Great product
Love it. Does exactly what I want it to do. Prints right on CD that are made for inkjet printer and looks professional.FYI Just make sure you use the CD that comes with the printer to install all the drivers.

Epson do 7100 printer
Great printer overall, some hiccups I believe on my part. I have issues sometimes connecting to my WiFi. I think it’s just me.All firmware and software need to be up to date.

Irritating design problem that stops printing ovvuring without warning.
I purchased two of these, one for office, and one for home. Unfortunatey I found a MAJOR issue with one of them adter trying to complete an urgent printing job recently. These units, apparently many other inject printers, have a tray to trap extra ink. This in itself is not a major issue but the printers do not give a warning when they are about to suddently not be able to print at all due to the ink capture tub being "full" I was forced the bring an important work over to a UPS store and pay to have it printed. VERY ITTITATING. Apperently many other injet printers (many brands) have the same MAJOR engineering defect. Unfortunately, one is not warned about this prior to purchasing any of therm.

Don't buy for Australia. Even though it is on Amazon Australa, they fail to mention that it will not work in an Australia socket. It should not be on the Amazon Australia Web site. Why buy it if it doesn't work in Australia. Very misleading. Can't review the printer as I was unable to use it.
