FIT LIKE A GLOVE AND LITERALLY "CRADLE" MY FEET!
First off, I have to admit that it took me quite some time and ordering and trying on close to a dozen pairs (yes, I said a dozen) of Clarks sandal styles before I came upon this pair of Lexi Myrtles in 9.5 Wide that provided a perfect fit for me. I would have preferred the Delana Venna style (very similar but without the yellow beads) but they were not available in 9.5 Wide and the footbed on the 9.5 Medium width was just a little too narrow and snug and my feet were swimming in the 10 Wide. I ordered three or four different styles in all size variations ranging from 9.5 Medium to 10 Wide and they all fit differently. However since I found this Lexi Myrtle style in the 9.5 Wide my feet are in "foot heaven". You can see from the photos that they do "fit like a glove" and that little rim around the edge of the footbed truly cradles my feet for a comfort level that is hard to find. The footbed is soft and cushioned but one thing I would have liked is a little more padding just in the heel area. Sometimes I feel it's a little hard on my heel but other than that, they are a dream to wear and walk in.I am now searching for another pair of Clarks summer sandals in Navy and I'm finding again that the sizing is all over the place. Clarks flip-flops styles, in particular, do not come in widths and I have found myself having to size up to an 11 Medium width to find one loose enough and long enough for my feet that fit perfectly in these 9.5 Wide Lexi Myrtles. I have never, ever worn a size 11 in my life. 10, yes. 11, no.Moral of the story is to order a wide size range until , hopefully, you find one style that provides the fit and comfort that one would expect from a Clarks brand shoe.

Clouds! Walking on clouds!
I am forever on the hunt for the "it" shoe. You know, the ONE shoe that you always want to wear. The one shoe that you wish you were wearing when you're wearing other shoes. In the summertime I don't like to wear full back shoes because my feet swell so much and anything in the back of my foot ends up cutting into my foot. But it's so terribly hard to find a nice WIDE sandal that's comfortable and looks cute. Well, I am looking no further! I have finally found my "it" shoe. After searching for three years! I ordered this shoe in black, pewter and bone only b/c of the free shipping/free return promise. I figured if I didn't like them I could send them back w/o worries (yay Amazon!) The trouble is I liked them so much I went back and ordered the rest of the colors. Yes, all of them. When I find something I like this much I want to make sure I have them forever. This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever walked in (other than my other six year old Clarks that have been worn out) It's not often Clark's makes an extra wide shoe and when they do it's a little bit of heaven. This shoe is lightweight, absolutely perfect for long pants or shorts and extrememly adorable. I look forward to wearing all the colors for many years to come. P.S. The pewter color goes with EVERYTHING. I love this color!

Comfy and pretty
I don't normally wear heels (yes, these are heels to me), but much prefer the lower slides or flip-flops. I had originally ordered the Clark's Leisa Lolly sandal in coral, which is the height I prefer, but the footbed in that one is different. While the heel was cupped, it wasn't as deep, and there didn't seem to be as much cushioning in general in the footbed. You could press down slightly and feel the hard bottom. Ended up returning that one and going for this in coral. It's similar in design but much softer on the foot, and the extra height makes it a little dressier. I barely notice that I'm up off the ground. It fits as comfortably as my regular sandals. The heel cup is deep and cushioned. Footbed is a little slick--not the velvety, more grippy type that many of my sandals have, but I don't seem to have any trouble walking in them. The coral color is much more muted than its picture here on Amazon, which is a good thing. The picture makes it look almost orange. My foot is a 9.5, and the 9.5 fits perfectly. I'm thinking about ordering brown now, as the different colors on the flower are very attractive. I might try the narrow and see if that will tighten up the strap across the upper foot. (Straps don't adjust). Overall a great sandal at a good price!

Cute but no...cigar?
I order Clark's because they tend to be comfortable. These are cute but they didn't work for me. I ordered what I consider my usual size (one pair only--sometimes I get two different sizes to see which is better) and it was loose. I ended up returning them because I was afraid I'd walk out of them or twist my ankle. Not sure what I'd recommend, size-wise. I got a wide though my foot isn't that wide (kind of bony). It's just across the metatarsal that it's wider and since my instep if fairly high I thought the wide would be the way to go...I find that as much as I like them, Clarks just don't run very predictably. I don't know if it has to do with the "line" of shoes--Artisan, Un-whatever or the individual style. All I can say is some shoes fit beautifully, others don't fit no matter which size I try. Maybe a medium width would have been better in this one. Or a half size smaller. I just don't know. These were too big in "circumference," if you will. The footbed looked the right size but you could put a finger or two in between the vamp and my instep. So, back they went. Too bad. They're cute.
