Titanium dioxide is safe in small quantities and occurs naturally as well as chemically added into things. It’s used to make the pink pigments in lip glosses. Titanium Dioxide is also used in sunscreens because a it’s a natural sunscreen just like zinc oxide and blocks the suns rays. So it’s perfectly safe in the small amount they put in the pink/red glosses
