Does this only fit regular size paper towels rolls, or will it hold bigger rolls?

Yes, that is the only problem. It will not allow the larger rolls of paper towels to turn around. It is very sturdy and very attractive, but that is it's only draw back.

Does the turtle front swim fins(both) touch the paper towls or are they the same distance from from the towls on both swim fins?

I would have to say it depends on the size of paper towels you buy. The fins are the same distance from the center and they should not touch the towels in most cases. We have never had a return for damage because we inspect each one and pack them in sturdy boxes with a great amount of care and cushioning before sending them to Amazon's warehouses.

Where do I get the beige colored paper towel in the holder?

Hi. Try a search on Amazon for unbleached paper towels. I believe most of those will be beige. Good luck in the search!
