Love this machine. Standing or sitting on it, it helps me relax & loosen up after a workout or just everyday life. I feel like it does help with circulation since the noticeable veins in the back of my knees have diminished significantly. I originally got it to try to help lymph drainage, which it seems to help with that, and all of the added benefits makes it so worth it. I have not had any troubles with this machine.

At first I wasn’t sure about it, but I am very pleased with this board. You can’t really use the exercise ropes as they interfere with the board and make a very loud knocking noise so that’s kind of a bummer.(note for the 4 stars). Otherwise the preset programs and or whatever speed you want(it’s all up to you). Endless choices to use the board are very cool! Definitely highly recommend! I always feel awesome after each session.

I bought this vibration plate 6 months ago. I loved the ease of use & how it helped with balance. Recently, the power cord quit working. I contacted the seller & after verifying how it doesn't work, I was sent a new machine. I got the new one yesterday. I'm so excited to set it up and use it!

I do not like that The remote does not work. It would be very helpful. I’m a big girl and this makes it a little harder to maneuver the controls. Getting to the buttons are hard.

This is amazing for body aches, inflammation & to get the blood flowing! It has the added benefits of working your muscles too.

It's the perfect size to fit under my small desk. Stores under the chair. Seems strong enough. My problem is the remote. I have bad balance So to lean over to to add time/minutes is hard. I found a work around. Then it stopped working. The straps are too short. At 5'2" they only come up to my waist. Also you cannot get in touch with the seller. Their website has nothing to do with this machine. But at your own risk
